Front Porch Philosopher
There's a story of a man who sat on his front porch which happened to be on the main road to the town he was connected to.
Visiting people to the town would stop and ask him; " What are the people like in that town?"
The man on the front porch would always first ask; "What are they like from where you came?"
The visitors reply would always get the same response from the man.....
"They're pretty much the same here."
